Our home package is a complete materials package meaning we provide all materials needed to construct your homes shell, exterior finishes, windows and doors, roofing, interior walls, interior finishes as well as all fasteners needed for installation. Materials and lumber used are of the highest quality to provide quicker and more efficient construction as well as a superior looking finished product.
We source, organize and package all materials needed and then ship them to your build site.
We guarantee quantities and on time delivery. This provides a great advantage to your builder for scheduling the necessary labor and making sure to keep your project on schedule removing unnecessary stress on the homeowner.
Our packages include custom design drawings, detailed construction drawings with clearly labeled material. We work closely with your builder and have complete technical support throughout the construction process to ensure there are no issues or questions that cannot be answered.

Construction Materials
All products and materials in your home package are products and materials we have used in our own buildings. We understand the quality and benefits of all of the materials we put into the home package.
Windows and Doors
All of our windows have a high-quality high-efficiency glass and are offered in vinyl, wood and aluminum clad. We have a large variety of quality exterior and interior doors to fit any style or budget.
Siding
Our selection of siding includes a variety of cedar sidings, wood composite and vinyl. We recommend the cedar sidings for longevity, appearance as well as protection. Cedar siding can mean more maintenance than some other sidings but with proper installation and application of finish cedar will provide a better looking and still a cost-effective option.
Roofing
We offer standing seam metal roofing, asphalt shingles, cedar shakes and steel shingles. We will work with you to determine the best roofing for your home, environment and budget.
Interior Finishes
Whether you are looking for a craftsmen style, farmhouse or cottage style or something more rustic we have the selection of interior finishes that will work for you. Many of these products are produced in house by us including shiplap, textured tongue and groove and variety of hardwood flooring or wall paneling. Whatever you can think of we can create.

Q: What is included in the Home Package?
A: Our home package is all of the materials and components needed to build your home, cabin or garage. It includes all the building materials used in the home to construct the weathertight exterior shell and completely close in your building. Included with this is the roof structure and roofing, windows doors and siding.
Certain components of the package are precut and assembled at our facility to ensure accuracy and reduce construction time on site. Our complete home package includes materials used for the exterior weather tight shell as well as all interior walls and finishes. When looking at what is included in our complete package it is easier to say what is not included.
Not included in our home package is the site prep and foundation and rough plumbing and electrical. Please contact us for a complete list of included materials and the large selection of finish options.
Q: Should I “DIY” or hire a general contractor?
A: All of our packages are designed and packaged for ease of assembly to reduce construction time and waste materials. Each package includes a series of detailed drawings and plans as well as continued customer support throughout the build. A number of our customer have decided to construct their own small cabins or garage with great success.
When deciding whether or not you should take on your own building project you must consider a few main points. Firstly, your construction knowledge, do you have experience in building and comfortable doing the physical labor. Also, what is your timeframe for completion? If doing the construction yourself, you may have a limited amount of time to work on your project, nights or weekends.
For these reasons most of our customers who have decided to do their own construction are building small cabins or garages. In these cases, using our precut packages, they were able to enclose their buildings in just one weekend. For a larger or more complex building we do recommend hiring a contractor to do the construction.
Hiring the right general contractor for your project is crucial. Your contractor must be someone who you trust to provide the quality and workmanship you expect for your home or cabin.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Building a new home or cabin can be costly and not all costs are foreseen before construction begins. Many homeowners find themselves in this position. They have a budget and pushed to get the project started without looking at every aspect of their new home or cabin. As the project progresses and changes are made they now come at a very high price. These customers now have to make the choice of either extending their budget or not getting what they truly want.
Our package system is designed to eliminate these cost overruns and the added stress of having to make these decisions after construction has started. We do this through careful planning and design of your home or cabin before we even get started on the package. Q: How does the Home Package compare to modular homes or prefab homes?
Our pre-cut home packages are not pre-manufactured. All of our homes are stick built on site.
What we do at our facility is lay out all plates for stud, window, door, wall and truss locations. Then we pre-cut all framing and sheathing needed for the project and preassemble certain components which include window and door headers and assemblies.
These packages do not come in large panels or sections of a home meaning there is no need for a crane or large equipment to set the home. Although our packages do require on-site construction, the time to completion is greatly reduced with all of the design and construction planning done for you.
Like modular homes or prefab home, we offer a turnkey home package. Our complete home packages include everything you need to complete the home inside and out. With our complete pre-cut home packages there is no downtime waiting for materials. All materials, fasteners, flashing and finishes are provided and guaranteed to have everything you need to complete the home.
